I am giving my consent for entry of information on to The Gifted Dancers website. The information I provide can be shared on to the Blog, Gallery and What’s On pages of the Gifted Dancers website. I also give permission for the information I share to be shared across The Gifted Dancers social media accounts. I also understand that The Gifted Dancers has no affiliation with the content I have shared. I give permission to The Gifted Dancers to use the photographs and / or video of myself and/or my child. I grant full rights to use the images submitted, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. I agree that all information, pictures and video images provided are all correct and up to date. I have got permission from all relevant parties to share their picture.
I have consent from the parents/ guardians of any persons under the age of 16 to share their picture and/ or video.
